The tower view, from your pocket.

Stand at the tower and see which subscribers hang off each sector, what their CPE signal and link quality are right now, what the billing system says about them, and what to check before you leave. Towerside reads the radios and the billing platform you already run. It is not another database of truth.

What it does 01 / 03
  1. Connect the sources. RouterOS over API or SSH, airOS and UISP, Cambium cnMaestro; Splynx, UISP, WispHub or a CSV for billing. Credentials stay in the phone's keychain. Read-only in version 1.
  2. Open the tower. Sectors and their access points; under each, the subscribers with signal, link quality, throughput and last seen, worst first. A sector where half the CPEs went weak at once is flagged.
  3. Open the subscriber. The CPE and its readings, the plan and billing status, open tickets, a call or WhatsApp button, and the readings from the last five visits.
  4. Do the visit. A checklist per tower: power, batteries, backhaul, alignment, photos; readings before and after; a signed report to the NOC and the tower owner.
  5. Work offline. The last readings cache on the phone, so a tower with no backhaul still shows what it had yesterday.

Subscriber card

Planned price: USD 49 a month for a WISP up to 500 subscribers, unlimited engineers; USD 149 up to 3,000. Thirty days free on your own towers first. iOS and Android.

Who it is for 02 / 03

Small and mid-size WISPs

A hundred to a few thousand subscribers, three radio vendors, and a billing platform you will not replace.

The tower technician

Climbs with a phone and a laptop and would rather the laptop stayed in the bakkie.

The NOC

Wants the visit report and the before-and-after readings without asking for them.

One question 03 / 03

Tell us how you do it today.

We are deciding whether to build Towerside on what WISPs tell us in the next two weeks. One answer and an email address is enough.

Would your WISP pay USD 49 a month for this, with 30 days free first?

A test, not a launch. If enough WISPs want it, we build it and tell you. If not, we tell you that too. Your address is used for nothing else.
